Justin Sharp worked hard in some miserable weather conditions and cleaned our building for us. He showed up when he said he would, communicated well with us and completed the job in a timely manner. These folks came out and soft washed the siding, gutters, and eaves and power washed the porch and front walk. They were extremely courteous and got right to the job and the result was spectacular. The siding, walk, gutters, and soffits looked like new. The price was very reasonable and I never could have made it look that good myself. I would highly Recommend these folks. He wasn’t pushy at all and gave me a quote over the phone and sent me a price breakdown via email. They had the lowest price in town by far and it was very easy to schedule an appointment. Justin showed up early and got to work right away. This guy was awesome. I was extremely impressed with his friendly demeanor and what an incredibly hard worker he was! It was super hot the day he was working on my house but I never once saw him taking breaks or slacking off. The guy was hustling! You could tell he truly cared about making my house look good, which says a lot in a day and age of poor service. I saw him go back multiple times to different areas of the house to put finish touches on or clean things up just a little more. Justin, keep up the good work man! We had used E&L for our Christmas light installation this Christmas and they did a great job so I asked them to take a look at our gutters. They did a fantastic job! Carefully cleaned and repaired the gutters and installed Gutter Sticks to keep the downspouts from getting clogged. During that last heavy rain we had no overflow and I am a very happy customer. Terry Jones II4 November 2021We utilized E&L for Christmas Lights on our roof line. They were able to come to our house within a week of contact and provide with a quote the same day as taking measurements. The scheduling for the install was very accommodating and they were able to make sure it happened while we were at home. They performed the install without damaging the roof or gutters and were about 4 times faster than when I did this myself the prior year. We had a single bulb go out about 2 weeks after install and they made sure it was fixed within 2 days of us contacting them. We will definitely be hiring them for our roof line decorations as long as we own a second story house that I no longer want to climb the roof for. S A11 October 2021UPDATE: they came back out and recleaned the windows. They look much better so I changed my rating to 5 stars. Was pleased with how quickly they fixed this. I had E&L clean gutters and windows. They were very polite and prompt. They did a great job with the gutters and let me know I had a hole in one of them to get fixed. They showed before and after pictures of the gutters too so i can see how they were cleaned. The windows I asked them to redo a few of them, but they still were not clean. I provided pictures showing what the windows looked like before they cleaned them (1st pic), after they cleaned them (middle pic) and after I went back and cleaned them myself (last pic). You can see the windows did get better after they cleaned them, but the edges were still very dirty. This was one of the windows I asked them to redo too. For the price I paid for to clean the windows I was expecting them to look more like the last picture. I would reuse this company for cleaning gutters, but not windows.Posted on Google

We were given several different service package options to choose from, but were not pressured to add any services that we were not interested in. The customer service is top notch, starting with the staff who answer the incoming calls....they even called us back after noticing they had missed a call from us. After booking our appointment, we noticed that it was supposed to rain on that day. We called to see if we could re-book our time, and had a new appointment for the next day. Our techs were Antonio and AJ, they were very professional, efficient and knowledgeable. They showed up before our scheduled appointment time (after calling to see if that would be ok) and did an excellent job. Antonio took the time to inform us about the services they would be performing that day and what to expect afterwards, which was very appreciated. Keith Hurst11 June 2020E&L Services washed our neighbor's roof last year and it looked great. We got their number and called to get our rood and overhangs cleaned this year. We had a lot of black streaks on the roof which was a mold of some sort. I got in touch with Lev who came out and gave me an estimate. I then called back to set up a time for the work, which they were able to do that week. First off, they showed up when they said they would, both for the estimate and for the work. They were very professional in manners, work ethic, and in service. Before they started the work, we walked around and discussed any issues, located drain lines, and talked about protecting our flowers. During the roof washing, they use a chemical without high pressure to not damage the shingles. Most of the work was done from the ground, but they were on the roof as well. The soaked the roof with the chemicals a couple of times and rinsed..it was like magic..all the streaks were gone! The vinyl overhangs were done with high pressure and chemicals. I normally do this myself, but since E&L was already here I asked them. The results were better than I ever got myself. During the work, they protected our shrubs and flowers from any chemicals or damage, located the drains from the roof to make sure the roof chemicals made it to the drains (verified no clogs) and no dead grass spots. Overall, this is a small business that really seems to be trying to do a great job. I just wish all contractors were this good. They asked for a posting (this one) but I did not get any deduct, money, or promises for this review.....honest opinion is I would not hesitate to use this company.Posted on Google

When I called they were friendly, professional and came out the next day for an estimate. During the estimate they were very thorough about the services they offered and reasonably priced. It was an easy choice to choose them. They were able to get me in and sent out two technicians to work on my condo the next day. They went above and beyond what I was expecting!! The technicians were great, professional and even showed up early. They were detail oriented and did an impeccable job on my home. They were quick and did an outstanding job in both areas! I highly recommend them, and plan to have them out again soon to pressure wash the driveway, sidewalk and patio and to brighten the gutters by removing the oxidation. The technicians that showed up (Eugene and Lev) were work appropriately dressed, non-smokers, chewers or vapors, really worked well as a team. The cleaning job was spotless so, when it was time to decorate our house for Christmas, we called these guys. They did it all: from giving us custom decorating options to ordering the needed number of lights, installation, servicing, removal and storing (so, we don’t even have to have another box of stuff that is only used once a year in our basement.. phew...) They took the time to capture a video of the damage to show me and then offered to secure a tarp over the holes to prevent water damage until I could get a roofer out to fix it.
